"When I'm logged into my BandPage account, I go to install BandPage to Facebook and it says that it's already installed! I'm pretty sure I've never installed it to Facebook, so what's up?"
Ok, this could be a couple of things.
Most likely, at some point a duplicate BandPage account was created by either you, or someone in your band. It's also likely the duplicate page was connected with your Facebook page at some point and this is now creating a problem in our system.
Have no fear! We have a new feature that let's you override a previous Facebook connection. If BandPage tells you the app is "already installed", just click on the Facebook page icon and you will be given the option to override the current connection, as long as you are an admin for the Facebook page
Click on "YES, REPLACE" if you wish to install the BandPage app and override the current connection.
If you run into any problems with the override feature, just email us at email@example.com and let us know what your Facebook artist page URL is, as well at your artist name as it appears in your BandPage account.
