Offer Review Guidelines
To distribute your offers across the BandPage Network, there are several basic guidelines you must follow when creating an offer in your Store.
Offers must NOT contain:
-Legal and illegal drugs (including prescription medication)
-Drug paraphernalia (i.e. rolling papers, vaporizers)
-Lotteries, raffle tickets, sweepstakes
-Firearms or weapons
-Tobacco and smokable products
-Racist, sexist, homophobic content
-Slanderous, demeaning or biased language of any kind
-Language promoting violence or self-harm
Items/Content unrelated to the artist
Offers must relate to the artist or relate to his/her musical work. For example, artists are not permitted to sell apparel that is not specifically artist-branded. Artists are also not permitted to use the BandPage platform to sell items such as tickets to events unrelated to the artist.
Offer titles & descriptions in non-English languages
Offers must contain a title and description written in English. It is acceptable for the English description to be appended with one or more non-english translations. Offers may be fulfilled in any language, as long as this is explicit in the offer.
No direct ticket links:
Direct ticket links (i.e. Ticketmaster, Ticketfly, Eventbrite) should be added to BandPage via your ‘Shows’ tab in your BandPage profile. If you are using the Store to sell VIP Upgrades (Meet & Greets, Sound Check access, etc) you may add the primary ticket link to the corresponding offer description.
What to do if your offer was not approved
You may be able to edit the offer to remove the prohibited content and re-submit it for syndication. Once an edit is made to an offer, it will automatically be re-submitted for review.
To edit an offer, simply go to your ‘Store’ tab and highlight the offer title and click the ‘pencil’ icon.
